Ingredients

Creatine monohydrate: can help muscle cells produce more energy, can improve high-intensity exercise performance and may speed up muscle growth.

Taurine: promotes cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity and electrolyte balance.

Tribulus terrestris: supports muscle performance and growth.

Amino acids (BCAAs and EAAs): building blocks of proteins, muscle growth and recovery and supports a vast majority of bodily functions.

Recommended use

For a 27 g protein serving

• Mix 1 scoop (33 g) into 200–300 ml of cold water.

For an optimal 54 g protein double serving

• Mix 2 scoops (66 g) into 400–600 ml of cold water.
• Mix in a shaker or blender for 30–40 seconds.
• Take one serving 30–45 minutes before workouts and a second double serving immediately after.
• On non-training days, take a double serving on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast and a second serving in-between lunch and dinner.

The added herbals may leave a slight texture.
