Take 3 scoops of the product and mix with 400-500 mL of water. Stir with a spoon or shaker to dissolve the powder. Can be mixed with any type of drink such as fresh milk, chocolate milk, or juice. Dissolves well in room temperature or cold water. It is recommended to use a shaker. It is recommended to add water first, then add the powder to mix, to prevent the powder from sticking to the bottom of the glass. Take 2-3 times a day, depending on your weight, when you wake up, after exercising.
